Additionally, these services are configurable, to meet the needs of virtually any application. ECM Shared Services stores your files in their native format.

Full Text Search

We are capable of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for full text search and retrieval, either during Image Capture or with previously scanned digital images.

Document Scanning

VCE Document Conversion scans all types of documents, from Business Card size to Architectural / Engineering drawings, producing High Quality Images in the format that best meets the needs of each individual Customer.

File Type

Conversion Services for conversion of files from multiple digital formats; TIFF to PDF, JPEG to PDF and many others.

Architectural & Engineering

We provide scanning of Architectural / Engineering drawings, utilizing 3 large format scanners capable of Black & White, Gray Scale & Color. Additionally, we offer Raster to Vector conversion of A & E drawings. This provides our Customers with the ability to bring the drawings into CAD Systems; this is supported by 3 Certified CAD Operators.

Microfilming

Microfilming of paper based files is still utilized in many applications; we operate 8 high quality Planetary Microfilm cameras.

Conversion of Microfilm

Conversion of Aperture Cards, Microfiche, 35mm Microfilm & 16 mm Microfilm to Digital Image is available, with our Microform Scanner.

CD/DVD Duplication

CD / DVD Duplication is provided utilizing 2 Automated Replicators for virtually any type media; video, voice, born digital files (MS Word. Excel, etc.) or scanned files for distribution.

High Quality Images

Utilizing 10 High Speed Document Scanners and 2 Mid-range Document Scanners; all scans are done at a minimum of 300 dpi resolution. Gray Scale and Color scanning are also available.

Data Entry

Indexing and Data Entry are also among the services provided.
