Dear VIP Customer.

Due to significant inflationary pressures affecting raw materials and transportation, Virginia Correctional Enterprises (VCE) requires a 50% deposit on all projects exceeding $500,000.

The remaining balance will continue to follow standard VCE payment terms. Please note that split orders intended to circumvent the $500,000 threshold will not be accepted.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been assigned a reference number, requested changes are subject to feasibility. Orders involving non-standard fabrics or finishes cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Print Services/Embroidery/Silk Screen/Embellishments/Promotional Items

Customized products (e.g., printed, embroidered, silkscreened, or embellished items) are non-returnable. Orders canceled after blank products have been procured may be subject to restocking fees and return shipping charges. For any post-delivery concerns, please contact VCE Specialty Sales as soon as possible.

Safety Barriers

VCE safety barriers are designed for compatibility with a range of panel systems. Our warranty covers only the safety barrier components, and does not extend to third-party systems or products they attach to. Misuse or improper application is not considered a defect and is not covered under warranty.
